Step by step

What happens, and when.

  1. Day 0 · 20 minutes

    A short chat

    In person or by video call. We ask what takes your team the most time and where enquiries or tenants slip away, and agree which product to start with.

  2. The next few days · at our end

    We build it around you

    Your wording, your tone, your hours. We send you the message templates to approve. Nothing goes live until you've signed them off.

  3. Setup day · 15 minutes at your office

    We switch it on together

    We connect it to your inbox or records, run a test with you, and show your team where to see everything it sends.

  4. Days 1 to 30

    It runs, we watch it

    Every message is logged. We monitor it, fix anything that looks off and check in with you. You can switch it off at any time with one message.

  5. Day 30

    You decide

    Keep it running at a monthly price agreed in writing, add more products or the full package, or stop and we switch it off. If it worked, we'll ask whether you're happy to be a short case study, in your words.
